Delegate Worrell moves to amend the strike and insert amendment on page 10, section 18-8-1b, line 8, after the word “the” by striking the words “county superintendent or county board” and inserting in lieu thereof, the following:

“West Virginia State Board of Education”;

And,

On page 10, section 18-8-1b, line 12, after the word “the” by striking the words “county superintendent or county board” and inserting in lieu thereof, the following:

“West Virginia State Board of Education”;

And,

On page 11, section 18-8-1b, line 14, following after the word “age” by striking the period and the following:

“Upon establishing residence in a new county, the person providing home instruction shall notify the previous county superintendent and submit a new notice of intent to the superintendent of the new county of residence”.
